Hatem I M Alzaanin

Hatem Alzaanin, armed with a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, co-founded the Kiwi Trust for Palestinian Children Relief alongside his friend, Hisham Zaoui, in 2012. A native of Gaza, Hatem bore firsthand witness to the dire circumstances, challenges, and adversities faced by Palestinian children and their families. Throughout his years in Gaza, Hatem's dedication to alleviating these hardships manifested through his active volunteer work with several NGOs. His vision for the trust was twofold: firstly, to provide crucial humanitarian and educational support to the people of Gaza, and secondly, to cultivate a deeper understanding and solidarity among New Zealanders towards the Palestinian cause

Seif Samir

Seif Samir, serving as Internal Audit Manager at Deloitte Australia, seamlessly integrated into the New Zealand community upon his move in 2017. His immediate alignment with the Kiwi Trust for Palestinian Children Relief speaks volumes about his genuine passion for humanitarian initiatives. With a specific focus on elevating the lives of Palestinian children, Seif has effectively married his professional prowess with a heartfelt mission, significantly amplifying the trust's impact. While his career accomplishments are commendable, it's his unwavering commitment to the Kiwi Trust that stands out, solidifying his reputation as a devoted advocate both in New Zealand and the global stage

Hisham Zawi

Hisham Zawi is the son of the Algerian activist, Ahmed Zawi, who was granted asylum in New Zealand. Hisham Zawi is actively involved in championing human rights and supporting asylum causes. Beyond this advocacy, Hisham is also known for his numerous voluntary activities, reflecting a deep commitment to community service and social justice.
